My order isn't complete.

Due to different storage locations and suppliers, your products may arrive in separate packages. If you still haven't received your full order after 3-5 business days, contact us at support@sleeptimestore.shop for a full refund, and you can keep the delayed item upon receipt.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

The item I received is damaged/defective.
